COMPANY: Skyway Auto Parts Inc.
JOB TITLE: Parts Delivery Driver
REPORTS TO: Feeder Yard Manager

LOCATION: 49 Hopkins Street Buffalo NY, 14220
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

HOURS: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Saturdays as needed

COMPENSATION: $18-20/hour, based on skills and experience

Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and operability of the delivery truck.
Obeys all traffic laws and follows established traffic procedures.
Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
Observe and report on customer information, including customer buying habits and competitive intrusion.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Fill customer orders and ready them for delivery.
Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
Load parts truck in a safe manner, securing all items in the bed of the truck.
Complete vehicle safety checks per company policy and operates the vehicle within the safety guidelines.
Presents bill and receipts and collects payment for goods delivered or loaded.
Pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors.
Follow all delivery and pick-up processes and protocol to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Maintains driving record within company requirements.
Communicate effectively with yard and counter staff.
Maintains fuel and maintenance log.
Other tasks/duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Clean driving record.
Safety Oriented.
Valid Driver’s License.
Willingness to work.
Good attendance.
Must be able to work in a drug free workplace.
